Archive storage

When you choose to store your archive with us and manage it yourself, only you, in addition to our own staff, have access to the archive box.

Supplier to the Royal Household

Safe and Compliant

Overcrowded archive rooms, long searches for documents, and uncertainty about retention periods. Manually managing your archive consumes a lot of time and energy, and it can be challenging to meet all document storage safety requirements.

Archive Storage Under Van der Ent Group's Management

Our storage facility complies with the highest quality standards. Our storage facilities feature camera surveillance, alarm systems, and an excellent climate control system. This ensures that your documents are stored safely, confidentially, and under the best conditions.

We'll Handle It for You

You can also choose to have us manage your archive. In this case, our employees will collect your archive boxes at your convenience. Our skilled and trained staff will organize your archive boxes for you and provide them with registration codes that are integrated into our software system. This allows you to have an overview of your archive and access your documents at any time, both physically and digitally.

Archive Destruction

Finally, Van der Ent Group can also take care of your document destruction. You are legally obliged to retain archives for 7 years. Of course, you may also wish to keep certain documents for longer or shorter periods. At Van der Ent Group, we digitize your entire archive and notify you when the retention period is (nearly) over. Once you explicitly grant permission for destruction, we ensure that your documents are destroyed according to the European standard DIN 66399.
